Self Service Solutions Consultants

Responsibilities:
• Oversees Strategic Planning and Development and Maintenance of assigned self-service channel
• Responsible for developing and maturing assigned Self-Care Channels for Customer Service and Revenue Generation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Marketing, P&L concepts, and principles
• Knowledge/background in IT systems and development is a plus
• Must have experience in Product Development Workforce
• Must possess knowledge in Resource Planning and Management (Financial and Budget Management), Usability Principles and Standards, Research, Strategic Planning and Budget Management
• Must have effective negotiation skills (Relationship Development/Management)
• Preferred candidates must have knowledge & experience in USSD, IVRS, Mobile Apps Development
