Remedyforce/Salesforce

-Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology
-Experienced Remedyforce/Salesforce and other similar ITSM application
-4-6 years experience in IT Support Operations, Customer Relationship Management and Service Delivery
-Has experience in account ownership
-Ability to handle multiple projects
-Knowledge of best practices in ITIL environment
-Ability to work well with vendors and at all levels of the organization
-Familiarity with project management methodologies
-Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
