Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Must have knowledge in ITIL v3
ITIL v3 Certified is preferred but not required
Knowledge of best practices in ITIL environment
Knowledge in project management methodologies
At least 4 years experience in IT Support Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Service Delivery
Has previous experience in account ownership
